December is the season of giving. Throughout the month we’ll buy hostess gifts for holiday parties and thank-you gifts for our mail carrier, garbage collector, hair dresser and children’s teachers. And this of course is in addition to the presents we buy for under our tree – and in our stockings. Needless to say, January credit card bills are never a joy. This November we’re shining the spotlight on Jen Clark, who first joined Excel as a Sales Associate eight years ago. Within two and half years, Jen was quickly promoted to an Area Manager. Although she excelled in the field, given her interests, experience and strengths, Jen was excited to take on her current position of Sales Coach when the opportunity presented itself.
