DIY Décor. Fresh flowers and a few easy homemade decorations will brighten up your Easter table instantly. A row of tulips in mason jars are the perfect centrepiece. Easter Dishes. Keep things chic yet simple with disposable dishware. PartyCity has an array of cute and classy paper and plastic dishes. Our favourite is this set of metallic robin’s egg blue dishes paired with gold silverware.
Game Time. Keep the kiddos occupied with a few Easter games. Scavenger and Easter egg hunts are a must of course. If the weather cooperates, let them burn off all of that chocolate-infused energy outside with a bunny hop sack race, a game of pin the tail on the rabbit, and an old-fashioned egg toss.
Delicious Dishes.A baked ham, egg strata and green salad make for a lovely ‘make-ahead’ Easter brunch. Add one or two ‘themed’ dishes, like these colourful Easter devilled eggs and carrot crescent rolls for a little bit of whimsy. For dessert, a fruit salad and decadent treats, such as mini carrot cake cupcakes and Easter egg shortbread cookies will do the trick.
