We may be half way through July already, but there are still plenty of fun things to do to help you make the most of your summer! Whether you're looking for a family-friendly event or a night out on the town there's something for everyone. Read on for more!

July 19-28 – Taste of Edmonton

This event is not to be missed – come out and enjoy Canada’s largest food festival! Taste of Edmonton is an ongoing event lasting ten days at the Federal Building Plaza. Enjoy entertainment, drinks, and food! Entertainment includes: Virginia to Vegas Neon Dreams Sloan Hannah Georgas & much more! The best part is – you can bring the kids along too! Taste of Edmonton also features Taste 4 Kids, which targets and encourages young children to understand the importance of balanced nutrition, eating healthy, and being active.

July 20-29 – K-Days

Experience Canadian culture at its finest. K-Days encompasses a wide array of things to do, including: unique and tasty food, live rodeo, rides, games, attractions and so much more! When the kids begin to tucker out take them to Kids Town, where kids aged 2-12 can enjoy a space of their own. Let them run wild in life size LEGO land, discover new instruments at the Music Hall, or take part in a scavenger hunt in the library.

July 20-22 – Alberta Herb Gathering

If you’re an aspiring herb gardener, DIY’er, plant or herb enthusiast, or medicine maker – this the event for you! Anyone interested in traditional cultural and medicinal uses of plants will appreciate the workshops, plant walks, and talks. July 21 – Elk Island National Park Parks Day Celebration

July 22 – Edmonton Ice Cream Run
