Cochrane Coffee Traders. Cochrane’s only coffee roaster pours a great cup of joe. Located in a quaint log cabin-style building, in the heart of historic downtown, Cochrane Coffee Traders offers the perfect setting for sipping your favourite caffeinated beverage, and noshing on house-baked goodies. Cooler temperatures call for a seat indoors by the crackling fire, while summer days are best enjoyed outside on the porch.

Sorso Café Espresso & Wine Bar. You had us at wine. Meaning ‘sip’ in Italian, Sorso has quickly become a fan favourite haunt in Airdrie. In addition to serving freshly roasted coffee, this cozy community hub offers upwards of 30 varieties of loose leaf tea. Bring the little ones to play in the Kid’s Corner, or swing by later in the day with friends for a frothy pint or glass of wine at the café’s antique bar.


Soroso Café

Home Ground Coffee & Roasting House. In-house roasted organic Rebel Bean Coffee awaits you at Home Ground in Okotoks. General Manager Heather Van Aalst, the café’s head baker and cake artist, also creates an amazing array of freshly baked treats, homemade soups, sandwiches and flatbreads. Grab a table inside, or hang out on the patio and watch the world go by.

Euphoria Café. Located in Northwest Calgary, near the Dalhousie C-Train station, Euphoria is best known for serving locally hand micro-roasted Rosso coffee. You’ll also find Bulletproof coffee, delicious artisan Fiasco gelato, Belgian waffles, Bagelino’s bagels and house-made soups, sandwiches and treats on their menu. Pop by for a pour-over coffee and one of Bagelino’s famous rainbow bagels.


Euphoria

Kawa Espresso Bar. Pronounced ka’va, (coffee in Polish), Kawa in downtown Calgary’s beltline district enjoys a bit of cult following. Our very own Graphic and Digital Specialist Jason Batog, raves about this European style café’s espresso-based beverages, extensive beer, wine and spirit offering, and diverse food menu that features everything from European, African and Asian dishes to freshly baked pastries. Jason also loves catching Kawa’s live jazz performances and hanging out on the sun drenched patio in summer.

Fratello Analog. Tucked away in Southcentre Mall in SE Calgary, Analog Coffee is what java dreams are made of. Whether you prefer a free-pour, or double hot, three-shot vanilla latte, you’ll fall head over heels for Analog’s meticulously prepared craftsman beverages. Pair your favourite drink with an artisan sandwich or freshly baked scone, croissant, muffin or macaron. Analog fans will be pleased to know that there are multiple locations throughout the city, including on 17th Ave and inside the Calgary Farmer’s Market.
