Director, Human Resources
When did you start with Excel?
I started in November of 2022.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
I love the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our employees. It brings me joy to know that our employees feel comfortable to bounce ideas off me, discuss challenging situations or ask for support and guidance in their every day work life. Part of my role is to ensure that legislative requirements are met, and I am fortunate to collaborate with our leadership team to develop policies and procedures that enhance the working conditions of our employees. I am very grateful to be working in such an inclusive and supportive company, with highly talented employees who genuinely care about their work.
What do you do in your free time?
That’s classified! LOL! Seriously though, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking and travelling when I can.
What’s one fun fact about you or something that makes you unique?
I was once accidentally punched in the face by a NHL player! (Also Classified!)
