Employee Spotlight: Meagan Parnall - Production Coordinator

At Excel Homes, every successful build starts with seamless coordination, and that's where Meagan shines. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for keeping projects on track, she ensures that timelines are met, teams are aligned, and quality never wavers.

Meagan began her career in the new home building industry 13 years ago and quickly found that she had a deep passion for it. Through this role Meagan seized opportunities as they were presented to her, allowing her to grow her knowledge base and experience. At the beginning of this year, Meagan did just that with moving into her now current role of Production Coordinator. Meagan describes her journey as being driven by her adaptability, dedication, and true love for the industry.

What is your official title?

My official title is Production Coordinator.

When did you start with Excel?

I started with Excel Homes in March of 2024.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of the job is watching the houses we build become the dream homes that our customers have always imagined.

What do you do in your free time?

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with friends and family, exploring new places, playing games, and getting lost in a good book.

What’s one fun fact about you or something that makes you unique?

I'm insanely clumsy, one day, it'll probably be the death of me, and no one will be surprised.
