Employee Spotlight: Kevin Lovallo - Warranty Specialist

Meet Kevin, our friendly Warranty Specialist who is always there to help! When he's not playing an integral role in providing excellent customer service to our homeowners, you'll find Kevin tinkering with his car, playing video games and spending quality time hanging out with my his dog. What is your official title?

My official title is Warranty Specialist.

When did you start with Excel?

I started in September 2023.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is building relationships with our homeowners post possession. I also always enjoy being able to be apart of our homeowner's possession day, watching the kids pick their bedrooms. There is so much excitement in the air that is contagious.

What do you do in your free time?

During my free time I like to tinker with my car, play video games and spend quality time hanging out with my dog.

What’s one fun fact about you or something that makes you unique?

I don’t think it’s unique, but I believe we all should do things that scare and challenge us. Recently, that thing for me has been dance lessons (which is both scary and challenging to me). I’ve learned that I’m not a dancer lol, but I am proud of myself for trying something new.
