Employee Spotlight: Isaac Wong, Junior Estimator

This month, we're introducing Isaac Wong, Junior Estimator, whose attention to detail and problem-solving skills help make that possible.

Helping Projects Start Strong

For Isaac, one of the most rewarding aspects of being an estimator is seeing a home successfully completed within budget, and knowing that his hard work played a role in making it happen.

"I enjoy analyzing plans, solving problems, and identifying potential issues before construction begins," says Isaac.. “It’s fulfilling to know that my attention to detail helps ensure the right materials are purchased, costs are effectively managed, and potential challenges are addressed before they become costly problems.”

Watching a project come to life based on the planning and information developed during the early stages gives Isaac a strong sense of accomplishment and reminds him of the impact his role has on the homebuilding process.

Life Outside the Office

When he's not reviewing plans and estimates, Isaac enjoys staying active through sports and spending time listening to music. He also appreciates the occasional opportunity to relax and recharge.

"Outside of work, I enjoy sports and music. When I'm not staying active, I love unwinding on a cozy sofa and diving into video games for the entire evening."

His personal philosophy? Work hard, play harder.

One thing that makes Isaac unique is his ability to get completely immersed in the things he enjoys—especially gaming.

"One fun fact about me is that I can easily spend an entire evening playing video games without realizing how much time has passed."
