For Helena, the most rewarding part of her role is being able to accompany employees throughout their journey at Excel. Whether it’s guiding someone through their onboarding, helping them navigate challenges at work, or celebrating a well-earning promotion—she takes pride in playing a role in each person’s experience here.

Life Outside the Office

Sports aren’t her only passion, though. Helena also enjoys unwinding with a good guitar jam around a fire—adding a touch of music to her love of the outdoors.

When Helena’s not championing employee growth and success, you will probably find her hiking outside on adventures and staying active. She spends plenty of time on beach volleyball courts, serving both skill and volleyballs—fun fact, she has even trained her dog to play, whom according to her, is now better than her.

A Fun and Meaningful Twist

One of the things that makes Helena wonderfully unique? She’s a certified Reiki practitioner, bringing calm and healing energy wherever she goes. And for an extra creative twist, she has also recorded a song on Spotify—a fun fact that always inspires curiosity.
