Employee Spotlight: Eli Gallinger - Site Assistant

Meet Eli, our wonderful Site Assistant who plays an integral role on our construction team in Savanna. When he's not helping to manage daily construction activities and maintaining quality standards, Eli enjoys everything hockey! Site Assistant.

When did you start with Excel?

I started with Excel in March 2022.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is making our new homeowners happy and knowing that I have played a part in building their beautiful home. The cherry on top is working with my coworkers and getting to know them on a personal level, some of which have become my best friends, as well as meeting and developing new relationships with our trade partners.

What do you do in your free time?

I am a big hockey fan and a lot of my free time is dedicated to hockey, whether it's playing it or watching it. I also enjoy golfing and hanging out with family and friends.

What’s one fun fact about you or something that makes you unique?

Being a big fan of hockey, I have this rain man skill with hockey stats and hockey history. I am also the biggest chicken finger and fries connoisseur!
