Employee Spotlight: Domenic Falcone – Customer Experience Representative

This month we’re excited to shine the Employee Spotlight on Domenic Falcone! Since May of 2025, Domenic has shown himself to be a dedicated Customer Experience Representative—with a passion for process and people he makes a big impact every day.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

“For me, the most rewarding part of my role is seeing how all the different pieces, people, processes, and technology come together to create an experience that truly matters to our homeowners.

Coming from an IT and sales background, I’ve always been fascinated by how systems and processes can make life easier. I've found that processes are most effective when they empower people, particularly our customers.

I love collaborating with our sales, construction, and warranty teams to make the journey from first contact to home possession as seamless and positive as possible. Whether it’s improving communication touch-points, refining workflows, or finding small ways to make things clearer for homeowners, it’s incredibly fulfilling to know that these behind-the-scenes efforts make a difference.

Customer experience isn’t just about what homeowners see—it’s about the foundation behind the scenes. By building trust, clarity, and connection internally, we empower every team member to provide the experience our homeowners expect. Supporting my team and seeing that strengthen the entire journey is what makes my role truly rewarding.”

What do you do in your free time?

“You can find me moving between rinks, greens, and spending time with the people who matter most.

In the winter, hockey takes centre stage—late ice times (sometimes until midnight) and the camaraderie of a group that’s played together for over 24 years. When the weather warms up, I trade the rink for the golf course to chase that perfect score.

Outside of sports, I spend as much time as possible with family and friends—checking out local events around Calgary, trying new restaurants, and diving into everything the Calgary Stampede has to offer.

One of my favourite things is supporting my two nieces and nephew in their sports. Whether I’m driving them to ringette or hockey or cheering from the stands, watching them play is a highlight of my week.

All these things, keep me energized and balanced both inside and outside of work.”

What’s one fun fact about you or something that makes you unique?

“I have been lucky enough to visit Italy 13 times (and counting!). With family there, each trip feels like coming home full of energy, vibrance, and those unique moments that remind you how travel shifts your perspective in all the right ways.

And for those who know me well, none of this will come as a surprise—I can’t resist drawing parallels between life’s everyday moments and scenes from my favourite movies. Quoting lines from cinema has basically become my second language!”
