This month, we are shining the spotlight on Anne Guenther, one of our talented Estimators. Anne plays a key role in ensuring every home we build is planned accurately and thoughtfully, helping turn each customers’ dream home into a reality.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

“The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that I am making a customers’ dream home come to life!”

For Anne, seeing the results of her work translate into real homes for real families is what makes her everyday meaningful.

What do you do in your free time?

When Anne isn’t estimating up a storm, she enjoys spending time with her family—visiting, playing games, and heading out on fun outings. A lot of her time is spent cheering on her kids at swim meets and soccer games! When she does find quiet moments, she loves cooking, reading, and being outdoors.

What’s one fun fact about you or something that makes you unique?

“I love roller coasters and really scary rides! I’ve been bungee jumping and gone on some wild roller coasters.”

Anne’s adventurous side brings a fun spark to the team, and her bravery is admirable to say the least!
