Employee Spotlight: Alexandra Baldwin, Sales Associate in Lewisburg

At Excel Homes, our people are at the heart of everything we do, and few people embody that more than Alexandra Baldwin, Sales Associate in Lewisburg.

For Alexandra, the most rewarding part of the job is being part of one of life's biggest milestones.

"I love helping my clients build their home and being there throughout the process," Alexandra shares. "The trust they place in me to guide them through such an important milestone means so much to me, and seeing their excitement as they get closer to moving into their new home is what makes me love what I do."

Building a home is a journey, and Alexandra takes pride in being a trusted partner every step of the way. Whether she's helping buyers navigate floorplans, select the perfect fit for their lifestyle, or celebrate move-in day, creating a positive experience for homeowners is what motivates her every day.

When she's not helping families find their dream home, Alexandra enjoys spending time with family.

"We're a big family, so there's always something going on!" she says. "When I get some time off, you'll usually find me in Osoyoos or at the cabin, spending time outdoors and trail riding."

And when Alberta's warmer months give way to winter, Alexandra is perfectly content slowing things down at home and diving into a different kind of adventure.

"Once winter rolls around, I'm just as happy staying home and playing World of Warcraft."

One of the things that makes Alexandra unique is her impressive background in dance. Before beginning her career in home sales, she spent a decade as a competitive dancer and had opportunities many performers only dream of.

"I was a competitive dancer for 10 years," Alexandra explains. "I had the opportunity to perform with the Moscow Ballet in The Nutcracker and on stages in Las Vegas and at Disneyland."

Whether she's helping clients find their perfect home, exploring the outdoors with family, or drawing on the discipline and dedication she developed through dance, Alexandra brings passion, commitment, and authenticity to everything she does.
