The Monarch Hill Home Design is Announced as a Finalist!

We're finalists! Our Monarch Hill home design was just recently announced as a finalist in the one of the single family home categories for the 2011 Alberta Awards of Excellence in Housing by the Alberta (Canadian Home Builders' Association - Alberta Division). Shuttle Access to North Pointe Bus Terminal for Sage Hill Residents

Calgary Transit will start service for Sage Hill residents starting on September 5th via Route 425. Look out for shuttle service taking residents to the North Pointe Bus Terminal at the intersection of Harvest Hills Blvd. and Country Village Way NW. Mortgage Qualification Rules Have Changed

New government rules have changed the mortgage options available to many buyers as of March 18th. What this means is CMHC (Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation) will only approve a buyer for a high ratio mortgage with a 30 year amortization. To help you put the loan repayment into perspective, a house that's affordable today could cost you more every month because you have less time to pay it off.
