Shuttle Access to North Pointe Bus Terminal for Sage Hill Residents

Mortgage Qualification Rules Have Changed
New government rules have changed the mortgage options available to many buyers as of March 18th. What this means is CMHC (Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation) will only approve a buyer for a high ratio mortgage with a 30 year amortization. To help you put the loan repayment into perspective, a house that's affordable today could cost you more every month because you have less time to pay it off.
