"Thank you very much to you, Cody Nixon, Lian Lin and EXCEL HOMES for everything. Both Chelsea and I love the Carlton very much especially the master bedroom and the ensuite. Also my son Daniel is very happy because he has lots of space to play with his toys.  One time my nephews and nieces were over, Daniel gave them a tour of the house with a big smile on his house i.e. the kitchen pantry, the IT Center, the bonus room and his bedroom.  We have also sent pictures and invited family members, friends and coworkers over and we all received positive comments from all of them ranging from "WOW", " VERY BEAUTIFUL", "GORGEOUS" etc.  Friends and Coworkers have been asking us which builder built your home.  We told them EXCEL homes.  After they seem our home, a couple of them are serious thinking building a home with EXCEL.
