Graphic Production Coordinator

Reporting directly to the Manager of Advertising and Online Strategies, the
successful candidate will play an integral role in the Excel Marketing
Department. This individual is a team player with a strong work ethic that will
ensure all deadlines are met, projects are completed and external information is

Key functions and responsibilities:
- Create and produce marketing materials for Sales Centres
- Assist with sales centre planning, set up and moves
- Book advertising and upload electronic files to various
publications and organizations
- Create print collateral including ads, brochures, signs,
direct mail pieces, etc.
- Coordinate printing and sign production
- Showhome set up and coordination including phone/fax and
cable hook-ups, furniture book dates, installation dates, etc.
- Make updates to the Excel website using our content
management system
- Assist with social media initiatives including research
and posts
Requirements of the position:
- Post-Secondary Diploma in Graphic Design and/or Marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
Entourage), Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign in a Mac environment.
Experience in HTML is an asset.
- 1-3 years experience in building electronic files for
print and online media
- Organized and able to juggle multiple projects and meet
multiple deadlines
- Great time management skills

- Excellent analytical, communication and organizational
skills
